Priorities

I was all ready to write a post about how well things have been going and how great my midwife appointment went on Friday.

Then this happened:

This is the town where I teach. So much destruction. So many of my students who are now homeless. The school has some minor damage, but the town itself is a disaster area. 

I am just without words right now. 

The tornado went through at 1:20pm. 

If it had been a school day I would have been teaching 5th grade. 

Again, just no words to describe my emotions. 

This has really made me re-think my priorities.
